One feature of this year’s retreat is building a mentoring opportunity called Genius Circles.
Step 1:
- Present yours and/or come and hear others’ 1 min or less Elevator Pitch.
Step 2:
- Rank the mentor hubs (ie pitch presenters) whose business and ideas sound interesting & could compliment yours
Step 3:
- We group you through a process of mutual selection in small groups or PODS where you can gain mentoring from other women who have similar hub interests. While this process of connection happens organically to a certain extent in any conference, this provides a structure and a small group of on-going mutual mentors, which you can stay connected to moving forward
